How do I get my 2017 Season Tickets?
After you purchase your 2017 Season Tickets Package, you will receive a unique Eventbrite Code to redeem your tickets for each individual event. To redeem, use this code by clicking "Enter a Promotional Code" on the ticket sales page of each event to generate your ticket. You may print the event ticket/s or use your mobile device to gain access to each Arc Stories event. (Note: You will need this Eventbrite Code to validate your season tickets for each individual event.)
Can I purchase the 2017 Season Tickets Package as a gift?
Absolutely. Be sure to email email@example.com so we can change the ticket holder name.
What events are included in the 2017 Season Tickets Package?
The Season Ticket Package for 2017 is a general admission ticket to all nine of our 2017 Flagship events. Flagship events are typically held in the Avon Theater in the following months: February, March, April, May, June, August, September, October, and December. The package guarantees your entry into each event with seating in our Reserved Premium area.
What's the difference between a "General Admission" season ticket and a "VIP Season Ticket"?
There is a small group of DIE HARD Arc Stories fans who buy VIP tickets to each event. Maybe because they like the reserved seats down front, or maybe because they love giving back to our partner local charities, but it's probably a little bit of both. You'll get reserved seats in the VIP section at each of our 9 Flagship events in 2017. Your name or company name will go on the program as a "VIP Ticket Holder" at each of our 9 Flagship events. And at each of our 9 events, $15 dollars of this ticket price will be donated to our charity non-profit for the evening.
The General Admission Season Ticket gets you into all 9 of our 2017 Flagship events with seating in a reserved area close to the stage (typically right behind the VIP section).
Once you redeem your ticket for each event, VIP or General Admission, this ticket guarantees your entry into each event AND the good warm feeling knowing that you don't have to worry about the next event either.
What events are not included in the 2017 Season Tickets Package?
Corporate Spotlight events are not included in this package. Throughout the year, Arc Stories partners with other corporations, such as Lifeline (January 2017), and the Botanical Gardens (April 2017), to host Spotlight events. Spotlight event tickets are sold separately by Arc Stories partner and can be purchased in advance through Eventbrite or at the door.
What if I purchase the 2017 Season Tickets Package but can't attend an event?
Once we announce the date of each event, if you are find you are unable to make it to one of our events, you may share your ticket code, sell or print the event ticket for someone else to redeem. Have questions? Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I get to select my seat?
The purchase of the 2017 Season Tickets Package allows you to pick any seat event night, but it also reserves you a seat within a block of our Reserved Premium seating area that are held for season ticket holders only. General admission tickets will not assign you a seat. However, our events do tend to sell out, so this ticket ensures your entry into the event no matter what time you arrive. Also, the purchase of the season tickets package will allow you to go through the Advance Ticket Line the night of the event. So, you should be through the door and on your merry way faster than those paying at the box office.
What is the refund policy for this event?
All tickets sales are final. If you purchase tickets and later decide that you are unable to attend the event, please contact us at email@example.com.
